All sales are final upon checkout completion.  Products damaged by the shipper will be replaced at no charge to the buyer (charged to the shipper), including shipping costs, at the soonest possible date.  

Customers requesting a refund will be notified of "limited refunds" available upon company approval and digression.  Return shipping is not covered under our return policy.
